AUSTRAC currently manages a variety of relationship types across multiple business units and is looking for a package to assist in the management of these relationships. The package must support the following high level objectives:

Complete and accurate view of entities from a single application.
Effective management of all inbound and outbound contact with entities through a variety of channels (such as phone, email, letter and webforms)
Support activities facilitating the progression of relationships from one status to another (i.e the ability to query, add and maintain information as well as support various business as usual activities)
Automation of activities to result in better use of resources and gains in efficiencies and professionalism
The ability to analyse, extract and report on all information about an entity

When responding Respondents are requested to identify how their package is uniquely able to deliver on AUSTRAC requirements. In delivering these objectives the package must enable AUSTRAC to maintain it’s reputation as a global leader in collecting, analysing and disseminating financial intelligence.

The Correspondence School (Te Kura-a-Tuhi) is New Zealand’s largest school and provides distance education from early childhood level to Year 13 to more than 22,000 students every year. Our students come from a wide range of backgrounds with diverse learning needs.

Our learning advisors, teachers and in-region staff work with students, their whanau and communities to help our students achieve their potential.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to invite external companies to submit their proposals to the School for the provision of services relating to the digital conversion of identified educational resources.

Respondents are requested to provide information on their skills and experience in providing such services.

The aim of this tender is to identify a panel of competent providers who are able to provide these services to the School within the required timeframe.

Software is required to distribute information from an existing Work Order system to staff in the field. The hardware used to receive data must be capable of capturing additional data and returning this information remotely for upload to the original system. In relation to hardware, The Hills Shire Council may decide to call for a separate tender or purchase hardware through existing government contracts when the hardware requirements for the software are known as a result of this tender.
