AUSTRAC currently manages a variety of relationship types across multiple business units and is looking for a package to assist in the management of these relationships. The package must support the following high level objectives:

• Complete and accurate view of entities from a single application.
• Effective management of all inbound and outbound contact with entities through a variety of channels (such as phone, email, letter and webforms)
• Support activities facilitating the progression of relationships from one status to another (i.e the ability to query, add and maintain information as well as support various business as usual activities)
• Automation of activities to result in better use of resources and gains in efficiencies and professionalism
• The ability to analyse, extract and report on all information about an entity

When responding Respondents are requested to identify how their package is uniquely able to deliver on AUSTRAC requirements. In delivering these objectives the package must enable AUSTRAC to maintain it’s reputation as a global leader in collecting, analysing and disseminating financial intelligence.
